In that list of most beautiful games ever created, graphics-wise. Also a great concept of a game with original gameplay being that you are in space. And even though the game is dead multiplayer-wise, the devs added in competent bots that are fun to play with. Still worth getting, IMO.

This gaming is extremely fun even if the novelty may wear off quickly. It is at least worth a try since it is free. I still plan on playing ever so often given the right mood.

This is actually a very neat little game. The concept of combining documentary and game actually works with the way the designers did it. Although I was already aware of this little part of recent history, it is good to know about if you do not know about it.

This "game" is more about art-work, music, and concepts than gameplay, but it is one of the most innovative concepts for a video game I have ever seen. The feeling and mood of the game are unique beyond words. This game is definitely not for everyone, and can be very slow at times, but if you are brave enough to try something completely different with an open mind, give it a try.

A mod for Red Orchestra, it represents the best WW2 FPS since Battlefield 1942. If you liked that game, you will like this mod/game. The mod is about the Western Front as supposed to the Eastern front of the original game.

A fun and at times difficult platformer/puzzler. This game is a great combo of fun platforming and challenging puzzles. The game is made by the great indie game dev that goes by the name Nifflas. I recommend you check out some of his free games first and if you like them, get Saira. I recommend you try out the games called "Knytt" and "Kyntt Stories". This game got bad meta-critic scores, but mostly it comes from no multiplayer. However, as a single player game it is great. The level designs can be simple yes, but that can be a good thing for the right mood.
The reasons I like Clive Barker's Jericho is because of the story/theme of your group fighting against demons. It is pretty much like a modern day version of Quake 1. So, if you liked Quake 1, then you will also like this game.
One very awesome feature of Clive Barker's Jerichio is the team-switch system where you can switch to any one of your characters on the fly, which each character has very unique ablities. The regular price on Steam is only $5. You can hardly go wrong for a fun FPS at that price.

Darwinia with multiplayer (see Darwinia recommendation). This is Darwinia but as a multiplayer game. It has a few new features as well as a more polished feel. The great retro-style and art-work is back. If you liked Darwinia, you will surely like this game.

This game is more about the world and the art-style, which is most definitely retro. The story is another main point of the game. The game is slow at first, but if you get through the first few levels then it will pick you up and won't slow down.
If you love retro-style (both graphics and gameplay), you will like this game. If you were an old-school gamer, that comes from Atari/C64 days, then you will definitely like this game.

The Ring meets a well made First Person Shooter! The characters and story add a lot to this fun FPS. The theme of the creepy little ghost girl haunting you just makes this one of the most fun FPS games I have ever played, in my Top 3. The Steam version comes with both expansion packs, 3 games for $10. More than worth it.

If you loved the original Tron movie and Tank combat type games with retro-style, you will love this game. Even though the game is not connected to the original Tron, it is the game (out of all the Tron games) that feels most "Tron" like. The story in this game is very charming as well. The gameplay is great and new suprises await you on every level. Consider that this game was developed but just one person, and you will agree this is a very well made game.
This game is in my top 10 favorites out of all my Steam games, and I can't wait for Tank Universal 2 which is in development.
Tank Universal is the best "I never heard of this game" find that I ever found on Steam. Buy it! Enjoy it!

If you like Zombies and FPS, you are sure to love this game. Also, with the latest DLC, The Sacrifice, which adds the L4D1 survivors, this now becomes the best of the two games. I rank L4D in the top 3 FPS of all times.

Unique, fun, and one of the most *beautiful* games ever created. The city scapes and level designs are simply exquisite.
