While the story is nothing to write home about, and the voice acting is overdone to the point of being literally hilarious, Just Cause 2's gameplay offers hours of continued fun and experimentation, with a variety of environments, missions, vehicles, and weapons to keep players coming back, and a grappling hook tool that opens up new possibilities for the player in and out of combat.

It doesn't hurt that the game is incredibly beautiful, either, with realistic clouds that cast shadows, convincing sand and ice, dazzling sunsets, wonderfully rendered oceans and rivers, and of course, some very pretty explosions that make blowing things up that much more enjoyable.

In short, if you're in it for the story, this game probably isn't for you...but if you're in it for a fun time, (or a sightseeing tour, for that matter,) that's exactly what you'll get!

(It's a great time-killer, too!)

Relatively simple, but fun; there's a lot of strategy involved! It's a great game to play with your friends!
