The best in the series by far! If you've played the other two, I would probably turn the difficulty up slightly, though. There aren't really roadside anomalies like in SoC, radiation is easier to navigate, and the missions in general seem a lot breezier and human enemies less widespread. Still, the weapon upgrade system, artifacts, and even the famous exoskeleton have all received minor workovers to a pretty good degree in this game. One annoying thing: mutants are no longer lootable for sellable items, making them effectively wastes of money. This does encourage you to avoid fights using the new stealth meters, though :)
