Kidnapped the Head of Security and later killed him for arresting your friend. You can not start a fight/kidnapping situation with someone and then murder them in "self defense". OOC in IC does not make that person lose rule 1 protection. You murdered the head of security for doing his job. This kind of behavior isn't okay.
