This is a TF2 Hat lottery, people who give in scrap metal will have a chance to run in the lottery. the scrap metal will go into the making of hats.
How it works:
1 Scrap for entrie;
Prize to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place;
10 entries max. per person;
The metal received will be turned into hats for the next lottery and so on.
Metal taken only when there are enough entries registered.
