"District Four is where our social experiment is currently active and pending review. Put into place; a new system in the infrastructure of the ground-control squads and implimentation of 'civil rights' and rewards for behaviour. Everyone will be treated as an individual, District Four will be the first and only to have outside contact with our benefactors, the sector will be targeted as the main location for most experimentation, socially and physically. It is situated around fallen Italy, near the shore. Off-land access is restricted and resistive tendency will be subdued and repressed. We offer an alternative to living; we offer individuality within boundary.
