Old Lady Dithers is one of the residents of Tranquility Lane in the video game Fallout 3. The other inhabitants believe she is crazy but actually she is the only one who is aware of Tranquility Lane being a computer simulation, and that the Overseer Stanislaus Braun, under the the guise of Betty, is torturing his subjects. She tells the player character to visit the abandoned house to access the emergency "fail-safe" terminal. She is also one of the original founders of the Declaration of the Indipendance and like eggs.
