Everything in HL2 comes with all Source games, (except the maps, which you need HL2) so Garry's Mod will include them along with all weapons. So yes, you should buy it. Thought might as well get Counter Strike: Source (with Day Of Defeat: Source and HL2 DM), Half-Life: Source and the Orange Box while you're at it.

Hey PRG, Im really wanting to get TF2 with Garrys mod and I'm not sure about it... Do youi get to use HL2 stuff with garrys mod in it too?
