A game that will likely be spoken in the same breath as Bayonetta and DMC. The combat starts simple, but grows to give you large options in combat. The steady rhythm of both your actions in battle and the music driving it keeps it from getting out of hand and gives you just enough time to make choices and react to enemies without feeling overly generous. That constant rhythm spills into the cutscenes, hammering punctuation as your weapon builds in your hand or characters gesticulate and emote. The smooth progression of the beat nudges you on for hour-long stages that dance and move with you, without ever growing old.

A solid recommendation for character action or rhythm game fans, but a must-play if you're a fan of both.
