The Legend of Grimrock is a fun and entertaining dungeon crawler role-playing game that really captures the core of the genre. Elements from Dungeons & Dragons and like games have been incorporated into the Legend of Grimrock and with great success. Coming from a person who normally doesn't like dungeon crawlers, this is definitely an amazing game! As if it could get any better, a dungeon editor is available, which allows players to build their own customizeable dungeons and share their creations with other players. This game contains many features for the player to explore and customize, as well as stimulating puzzles that can really boggle your mind. Although the puzzle aspect of the game pervades and dominates over the action or dialogue, the Legend of Grimrock is nevertheless an exciting RPG that revitalizes the dungeon crawler genre!

In comparison to contemporary video games, Fable: The Lost Chapters has poor graphics; however, the gameplay surpasses most. This was indeed a fun game to play and although it wasn't that long, it was nevertheless amusing and entertaining until the end. If you enjoy open-world role-playing games and don't mind not-so-good graphics, you'll love this.

Defense of the Ancients 2 (DotA 2) is by far one of the best games you can play, especially if you enjoyed League of Legends. The difference between the latter game and the former (aside from the obvious, such as developer), is the fact that DotA 2 reinvents the game and innovates it by giving it the Valve touch. Not only are the Heroes (the equivalent of "Champions" in LoL) all fun to play and the other players fun to play with, but the system of commendation, reporting, leveling, and item acquirance are all unique and effectively made. Overall, this is an amazing game to play and once you try it out (and you undoubtedly will try it out at some point), you'll be glad you did.

Divine Divinity is one of my favorite games. It is the type of game that you would spend hours playing and lose track of time in doing so. Similar to Diablo and Diablo II in many ways, this is a highly addictive and impressive game overall. There are unfortunately numerous dialogue issues, specifically being those of poor grammar, spelling errors, and even missing responses from NPC's. In addition, the cinematics have very low-quality graphics, which is strange considering how that's usually where you find the best. I have found a couple bugs as well, but they are minor problems and don't really affect the gameplay. Outside of that, this is definitely a game worth buying and playing. If you like Diablo II, you'll like this as well.

Team Fortress 2 is undoubtedly the best free-to-play game Steam has to offer. The graphics are great and while this game may look childish to some, the only thing childish about it are the cartoon-esque designs. Outside of that, TF2 is a game suitable for people of any and all ages 13 and up. What I find most appealing about this game is that even though players are allowed to spend as much money as they'd like to equip their characters with extremely powerful weaponry, the atmosphere of the game is generally quite fair and balanced. Of course some people may seem overpowered at times, but they are often veterans of this game. Just as long as you know how to play right, you don't need anything other than the default items the game provides.

Blacklight: Retribution is a fun first-person shooter game that is free to play for anyone who has a Perfect World Entertainment account. It's exciting and intense with a lot of fast-paced combat that demands your full attention. Unfortunately, there is a lot of processing and memory involved with running this game, so expect heavy amounts of lag for anyone not using a gaming-specific computer. Even when you set all the settings to their minimal levels, lag is still frequent and can significantly slow down your computer while it's up. Nonetheless, Blacklight: Retribution is a high-quality game when considering that this game is free-to-play and requires no monetary investment in order to excel.
