If you are talking about stellaris, I don't think something exists for that, but you can hold shift or control to increase how much resource you are adding per click, i don't remember which one changes it the most.

I have a question, just reaching out to anyone at this point. Contact/Trade screen, is there a mod that allows for typing in the amount of resource I wish to add, instead of clicking the "add/plus" button 1500 times?
