A modern Masters of Orion. Somewhat streamlined, not quite so many options as MoO II and the variations are bit uncreative. The requirements are not so obvious either, be it in the tech-trees or buildings. The social implications of the numbers could have been explained better in the tutorial (at least there).

It seems to have a challenging diplomatic system, that works.

I'm bit uncertain about combat tactics, as I mostly use Auto for combat and doesn't see a thing, but the rest of the game seems quite smooth this far :)

Teamwork wins in Brink.Few one-shot kills. Quite good feeling with the terrain and obstacles. A more seriously toned than Team Fortess, but some of the same roles.

Multiple objectives and that can probably confuse some in the beginning and you'll notice it in your team not knowing what to do. Same with buffing eachother, it helps much and should be encouraged in the team.


Fugly characters in a place without women so not so strange people want OUT!

A game where I'm actually curious and excited by the story rather than only finishing playing to beat the game by finishing it.
I'm impressed.
