Hi Sorry took so long to get back to you (didnt see the post) unfortunatly all the files from L4Y have been taken down and are no longer available, nor have they been passed on to any other site.

I have however found a link "http://www.fileplanet.com/150563/150000/fileinfo/Max-Payne-2---Close-to-Truth-Mod" Im not sure how up-to-date this mod is but hopefully it is what you were looking for.
