Play FPS? You bet I do.
TF2 : Heavy, Soldier, Sniper, Spy... I play 'em all! Every class! Every one! Just don't expect me to be any good at Demoman.
L4D : Don't play this much, not so good at it. But, sufficiently good.
Anything else : FPS = good. RTS = mediocre.

A marvelously huge, varied adventurous sandbox. Get your hands on a huge variety of vehicles on land, sea and air, get your hands on one of about a dozen different weapons, upgrade yourself as you like, take over locations and bases, drop out of the sky whenever you want.
Honestly? This game is great fun. The mission-related stuff is a bit weak, as missions are often a bit repetitive, but the side-quests can get pretty wacky. Don't get this if you're a person who wants to 100% games, because it will eat your life. There is SO MUCH to find and do and pick up, not much of it requisite, but it's there.
The graphics are fairly good, not to mention somewhat demanding. But, if you like scenic, this offers excellent scenery of a fairly wide variety. The music is nothing of note, but also avoids the grating rap or pop that plagues modern-setting sandboxes.
All in all, a rather good game, and a marvelous sandbox.
A long, slow, perpetual grind is required to get into the actual meat of this game, where roles are rigidly-defined and largely inflexible. Seriously, hundreds of hours in total can be spent just getting to max level, which is the only way in which one can play at the higher difficulties for this game. The reward for which is turning normal difficulties into a dull, unchallenging run, and access the higher difficulties which really just punish you harder for not playing exactly.
The gameplay often involves knowing every map rather well, where spawn points are, who stands in which spot, and who is allowed to shoot what. The further along you get, the more your role is rigidly defined by the price-tags and the bonuses offered by your class, which you are usually stuck with after the first half of the game.
Honestly, I can't reccomend this game to anyone at full price. Try it on a free weekend, judge it by your first few round
Possibly the closest to the third Ghostbusters installment we will ever see, a fine enough game for gameplay, but a reasonably well-written one. Special effects are shiny, music is a throwback to ye olde ghostbusters, and about eight to ten hours of campaign to be had. A good title for fifteen or less.
