The Bit.Trip Runner acheivement you're talking about is actually in Bit.Trip Beat. Just hit all the beats in the first section of the first level. Simple.
How do you get that Bit.Trip Runner achievement?

It's kind of a Zelda-like game. You pick up items, go to levels, grab your artifact (level up) and fight off monsters. Sound is top-notch, the narrator is great. And I highly recommend getting the soundtrack too. It's enjoyable to play and can be very challenging if you chose to. Playing with keyboard and mouse worked fine for me.
I really like the game, but I couldn’t find the stupid cake.
This looks fantastic, plays great. Though I wish there was more rock in the soundtrack, I still enjoy it. It's a thrill sometimes to sqeak by turns perfectly and drift into first place. Really fun to play and like most racers, best played with a controller.
