I played the beta for this game and I can honestly say they kept working at it even after launch...... a true follow on to the original Spore games!

You want a sill little time user that will get you hooked and building some randomly amazing things then this is a great game!
Play it with friends, family, or even strangers, it really doesn't matter as its all fun!

Quake was one of the originaly EPIC multi player games...... I even managed to wrack up over £900 in dialup phone charges just playing this game online way back in the day. The speed and depth of the storyline were key figures in my first purchase of Quake II as the continuation of the series got better and better. Many many weapons and some amazing good AI made the single player well worth playing thorugh.

Quake II really shined in its open source C++ coded multiplayer environment where if you could imagine it and you had a little C programming knowledge you could probably make it..... this included the original quake II CTF gameplay which was great but when ID accepted it and started to support the developers it just got EVEN better!!!!!

If you just wanna waste away some time in the SP campaign or if you wanna relive some old school shooter action in MP mode then Quake II is one of those must haves for your steam archives!!!!
