Picked this one up in that GamersGate Indiefort bundle quite a while back, whilst there's not a lot much to see right now it does seem pretty promising with a fairly deep damage/health system, pause and play combat and this seemingly endless desert to explore; this has the potential to be quite awesome!

It's not a terrible game in terms of mechanics, but the levels of pay to win in this game are incredible, throw that in with £100+ of DLC, and you have a game that's only really good for the first week of your free extended pilot's license, if that.

I recommend you don't play this if you enjoyed any of the previous Red Faction games, whoever's bright idea it was to strip away the open-worldness of Guerrilla and the destructibility of the previous games combined and replace it with a repair button is a fucking idiot. Volition, just why?

Easily the best RPG story this year, this game is an exceedingly fun and challenging game with hours of tight combat, choices that carry weight and twists that'll keep you hooked; throw in an addictive arena mode and little extras and you have yourself a great package that's more than worth the admission fee!
