NCIS is a procedural drama on CBS. The series revolves around the investigating of terrorist threats, assassination attempts, murdering of Naval officers and Marine Corps, and to provide protection to their families.
NCIS is mostly set in the Navy Yard of Washington DC, where the headquarters of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is located.
NCIS is on its tenth season and airs every Tuesday at 8 pm central.
