Visit Tumblrstuck's profileWhile it's not an incredibly amazing game, Homefront does the first person war-shooter pretty decently for what it is. The gameplay is fairly linear and standard, the weapons aren't numerous, but vary mostly on the attachments, and the story is pretty well done. If you're looking for something unique that will impress you at every turn - this isn't the game for you. If you bought all three Modern Warfare games and loved them to bits, you'll likely enjoy Homefront.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series - and boy is it a treat. For someone who disliked Oblivion because of the hype that it had recieved, Skyrim deserves each little bit of hype that it had going for it. You can kill dragons, launch people into the air with dragon shouts, be a good guy who helps people out, or a murderous monster who is bent on their own personal gain. Skyrim is fairly open with what you're able to do, and if you like RPGs, this will probably fit right in with your collection. As someone who's not a fan of fantasy games, I highly recommend this to everyone.
Postal III is not a game for people who want to be "good". It focuses on the worst, most terrible and horrifying things, as well as skimming the line between being offensive on a constant basis. If you enjoy doing things like tazing homeless people, or throwing cats at people's faces and watching them get torn apart, then this is the game for you. If you'd like something a bit more subdued or do not appreciate offensive actions, there are many others that would be much more appropriate.
