Not a bad start, however the game is missing many possible features, and the grind for cash is INTENSE! Over all the game runs, plays and offers something for the low price point. Would I recommend REAL ESTATE Simulator? Sure WHY NOT, there is worse out there!

However, make sure you do your homework. Watch some gameplay videos, look for the sale, and remember that this game will require more then two hours to pass the first stage! Refunds on steam only occur if you play less then two hours. But my first and foremost rule would be, watch and see if the DEVELOPER is active with updates and responses to issues of the players via the community tab. If not, this can indicate a possible cash grab or a lone inexperienced DEVELOPER.
