This game is awesome and an all-around improvement over the original. I was even impressed by the story, which only gets better as the game progresses. Players can now stash outdated weapons for use with new characters across both single & multiplayer playthroughs.

The only downside to an otherwise awesome game is that some players are experiencing game freezes on random maps, which can corrupt mission progress or even prevent finishing the game. 2K games provides support for this game, but is not providing any actual support. My support ticket was open for over two months, with one month passing without any reply to my message. To date people are still having the random freezing bug where the music continues to play with the game frozen, but not actually crashing.
