Kona is a walking first person that takes place in Canada. Players arrive at a desolate town with cabins empty in the winter. As an investigator you must explore the area and figure out what happened.

I loved the small stories in this game, and the beautiful scenery that was in the background. You also have to explore in different homes, and interact with various objects. The story line started off very intriguing and grew. I did enjoy the ending.

There are a few things lacking such as no tutorial/description that I could find for the objects like cigarettes and beer. I didn't know those were things you could use to restore mental health until the end of the game. Also, some objects that you need to interact with can be hard to see. The interact icon comes up with a delay at times, making it easy to miss out on some things.

Overall, the game play and story line were good even with a few issues. I liked the unique concept, and I do enjoy scenic Canada. Would recommend if you like story rich/scenic games. There's not much action game play, but more interactive.

In this mix of horror/working burger simulation, you live a mundane life and need to make money while working in a jump-scare restaurant.

I'm not a huge fan of jump scares, but this one has a minimal enough of them that it's acceptable while playing. The overall feel of the game remains creepy, and illusive. As you play you realize there's more to the overall story than just flipping burgers.

Parts of this game can be difficult. Even getting a burger together can be challenging until you get some hours of practice in. There are also times in the game where I wish we could expand on certain aspects such as exploring more characters, and Toe's full story (maybe there is and I haven't hit it yet). I also wish there was another way to avoid certain "bots" or creatures that randomly explode other than to not run into them.

I still would recommend this game to horror fans. It's still creepy enough to satisfy that need, but engaging enough to make me want to complete the story. While there are certain aspects I might change, overall, I did enjoy playing this through once.

Overall, I enjoyed the game's story line and unique view from both sides of the story. One family, a father, wife, child, grandfather meet the fate of being held gun point by another. Both must find their own means to escape the situations they are in.

While I enjoyed this game, I would say the largest issue was attempting to do multiplayer. Oftentimes it did not work, or did not work well. It was quite clunky. The next thing I would mention, although I personally do not see this as a huge issue, is there is little interactive game play in terms of action. You will be able to make multiple decisions, but actionable buttons are few and far between. I personally don't mind watching a lot of scenes, so it wasn't a huge deal for me.

The game is a bit short, but it does have some replay value. As the outcomes do change with choices, you are able to go back and play another route. I appreciate that the developers also took the time to show the pathways. It does feel all too often choose your own outcome games lack multiple outcomes. This game seems to offer that, albeit, I have not played them all.

This game is about a hacker under house arrest that let's you try to solve cases using collected evidence. The game is overall an enjoyable experience. Hacking is fun, the cases are unique, and there's a larger story at play that gives it more enrichment. I would say the downside is some of the hacking is repetitive, as is the play. A lot of characters are reused in cases, which limits some variables.

I do like the character's dog, and apartment atmosphere. It's different, as is this idea for this game. Overall, I would recommend it. It's more in the middle for myself in terms of overall play, but it is different enough for me to say it was good.

This game is about playing several different teens trying to get out of the country of Petoria. Taking place in the 90s, it slowly introduces several characters and their stories. There are different choices that will affect the upcoming election to take place.

There was some unique gameplay to this, and the stories were enjoyable. Another positive, is this game does have a lot of replay value. I played through a couple time and my experience was different each time. The voice acting is great, and the characters are easy to get immersed into. I think one of the only negative things I would say about this game is the inability to cut scenes after you've already played them once through. I believe this game almost encourages more than one play through, so the ability to skip things would be nice. Overall, great game and would recommend!

Stories Untold will be a hit if you like old text only stories. I grew up with them on an old Atari, so it was a fun reminder. However, if you're not a huge fan of text-styled games this won't be as great. A part of the game requires imagination, and the other leads to an interesting story. The player must decide if they're going crazy or not. The pros are this game takes an interesting approach to mix both first-person viewpoints with text-styled older games. The con is there is not much of a replay value after playing this game through once. The game itself was not too lengthy in play.

I really loved this game, in really it shows how different show edits can manipulate and change stories completely. The acting was great, and there were a lot of subtle jokes that were amusing. I enjoyed the multiple endings, and the rich story line. It is not action intensive, or has really any puzzles, but is focused on amusement.

I received this game awhile back but finally got around to finish playing it. It's a unique game where the player gets an opportunity to code in the game, and use hacks to get around/optimize objects. It was enjoyable to play, and the story line was fun to follow. I am not sure if there are multiple ends or not but my ending was kind of anti-climatic. However, the play made the game worth it. The only thing I will mention is the game is difficult to navigate through and in my case I needed a guide to help me do the different missions. It might be easier for those that are more adept coders. Overall, I really like it and would play another game like it.

The storyline wasn't too appealing. I finished the game but really pushed to finish it to the ends. None of the characters really varied in personality by too much.

I played Life is Strange (1) and did not thing anything could live up to it. I was very attached to the original story line. Regardless, this was a great part 2. It is not related to the original Life is Strange but the two stories subtly mingle if you pay attention. They are also individual stories on their own. I loved this part as much as I did the first. I really hope a Life is Strange 3 is made. They did a really great job.
