Objective
Our objective with this team is to have fun, win, and promote Railbait.
Expectations
- Check the Steam Group page and forums for the schedule.
- Please be in Mumble 15 minutes prior to game time, especially if you are a starting player. I know there will be times when you are later or forget but in general be early.
- Have a good attitude, this is more important than skill.
- Be willing to do your best and take the offered advice on how to improve.
- Be willing to accept critique.
- Save critism for our post-game wrap-up talk.
- Stick around for the post game talk.
- In game follow the lead of the caller to the best of your ability. It is better to have the whole team follow one bad call than to be divided.
- If you are a backup player, be willing to off class from time to time.
- Join mumble on scrim nights.
