Yes, I'm a guy. Yes, I play games. Stop hitting on me, you silly girls. Just play the game.

This game is pretty amazing and runs on a cardboard box. Capitalism, ho!
But seriously, running a shop couldn't be more fun. Combat needs some work, but eh, who cares about combat.
I liked this second best out of the budle. I hated Warrior Within and The Two Thrones lost my interest halfway through. Sands of Time was the best. While the gameplay was a bit simplistic in this one, realize that hurr durr she automatically saves you is the same as A) checkpoints and B) quick-saves, without the tedium.
It's not like this is a combat heavy game- it's a platformer with tons of jumps and not very good controls. If it Elika didn't save my ass, I'd be mad. They just needed to add the option to have you just revert to last save if you wanted to disable Elika saves. For someone like me who's pretty bad at platforming, I liked her saves.
The combat was crappy though.
Also, Prince, why you so dumb?
I actually really like this game. It's a bit short - that is, if you don't read quickly and if you don't catch on quickly. However, I like the characters, the atmosphere and the whole searching through log business. Only thing I could think it needed was more unique ending CGs and some better bonuses for 100% like a special CG or two.
All in all, if you like your A.I waifus you got it. Mute's a bit...unsympthathetic though. Maybe we needed a more sympathetic male point of view in the logs.
Hyun-ae is my waifu~
Aw yeah, and a new keyboard with a tiny ass enter key that is taking some getting used to.
And for Ys, from what I know, Origins is easier and probably a better starting point. Oath is wonderful so far. These boss fights are pretty damn enjoyable once you start to learn the attack patterns and everything.
