My interests include: history, politics, philosophy, writing, films and gaming of course. I also have a certain place in my heart for oddly shaped female noses.
I have dwelt all of my life on this glorious set of interconnecting tubes from which you are reading this right now. As such, I may have been driven ever so slightly over the edge, it's okay though; the view is great, I can assure you.
I have been PC gaming since a very early age, and as such I am engrained in the culture, for the record SWG (pre-CU) was the best game ever, and that is a fact.
I occasionally do writing for the below linked gaming blog, and I'd like to do more, games journalism is a happening place full of cool cats, and so obviosuly it would benefit from my grandiose presence (sarcasmface).
I like non-sequiturs.
How this game constantly comes recommended is a mystery up there with the nature of the universe. I sat through the abysmal 15 hour stretch of this game and streamed the entire thing to an eager audience. Several times, unfair and unfun mechanics, dodgy mouse control, pants on head retarded occurences, terrible sign-posting and even worse level design made me rage quit. Nay, rage does not quite describe it. Unbarred fury will be with you after the first 2 hours of this game shudder to a close, you will meet with rediculous characters, game breaking bugs, the world's worst gun-play and an almost complete lack of scares past the first 3 hours. But wait, there's more, after you struggle through this monstrosity you could at very least hope for a half decent ending surely? Well, no, no you can't. if you don't get a PERFECT rating come the credits you don't even GET an ending. and no, i'm not being hyperbolic in the slightest. Not that the ending makes any sense anyway, it's utter CoC(k).
