cl_interp_ratio 0 and rate 30000 ftw

Using an updaterate superior to 30 is useless, GET THE FUCK OVER IT, same for the cmdrate and having something lower than rate 30000 is only damaging your hitreg and the others. Also you don't need a negative ratio in roto! With ratio 0 you can have all the lerps you want without having to worry about your updaterate!

Time to fix your rates peeps, keep the game cool and help the servers, it's already fucked up enough without you adding to the shit storm ye?...
