If you have Hamachi installed, uninstall it. This has been a proven fix, See the Hamachi Forums for details on this matter. This is out of StSv's control.

If you wanna play with some random guys in a bantery mashup of a game none of them are good at playing id suggest this but to me its the biggest tf2 treasure trove to date I mean ud have to pay more money for a uncraftable attendant.
