I am currently looking for a dedicated, reliable, mature and skilled TF2 team.

Believe me when I say that I have MUCH needed competitive TF2 play experience, I played in leagues (TWL, CEVO, CAL, Highlander), and ranked high in some tournaments (most noteable is Escapist Magazine tourney), and literally practice sometimes on hours end.
