One of the most ambient and smooth platformers I have ever played. The characters control exact and precise, there's an abundance of levels at various difficulties for casuals or hardcores, and the soundtrack kicks so much ass diarrhea comes out of your dick. Not to mention how underrated and overlooked this game is in the Indie scene. So become a hipster today, and buy this game.

This game basically took every aspect of the first Borderlands and improved it significantly. Unlike the first game's "gun-porn" roots, this game presents you with an engaging storyline, colorful and realistic NPCs, and one of the greatest villains in all of gaming. Completing the main story alone will give you about 45 hours, but there is an abundance of sidequests and extra mission objectives to suit anyone's playstyle and easily add over 50 extra hours on the game. The sheer amount of detail put into the environments of this game is awe-inspiring, and even the smallest most insignificant place can hold something interesting. Though there are a few minor annoying flaws, overall, this game kicks ass. It's well worth the money, so if you haven't considered picking it up yet, hop on the bandwagon already.
