Braid is full of subtle-yet-difficult puzzles that leaves you begging for more. The story itself is also pretty mysterious and you'll never be expecting the ending. Lastly, the game is very aesthetically-pleasing. A must-play.
This game is very awesome.
Super Meat Boy is a great shout-out to all of the classic 2D platformers of our generation like Mega Man X, Super Mario Brothers, and many other retro games. The learning curve is adequate, ramping things up slowly as the game progresses. There is tonnes of replayability here too. Unlocking Dark World levels, new characters, and glitch worlds becomes addicting. A great game at a tremendous value, I recommend it to any and all platform enthusiasts. Word of advice: get a gamepad, you'll need it.
