One of the best platformers to this day. I haven't had this much fun with this genre since old school Super Mario and Sonic&Knuckles. Beautiful aesthetics, addicting music, and a difficulty curve fit for all ranges. If you want to play Super Meat Boy meets Sonic meets Mario, try this game out.

Steam hasn't yet really dwelled in the JRPG scene yet, mostly due to Japan's reluctance to enter the PC field, but Recettear is an incredibly competitive start. With cutesy graphics, extensive dungeon crawling, and an innovative style of main gameplay; it will hopefully allow steam to encourage more games of this genre.
