The e-mails I've listed are the appropriate departments to report any bugs, inbalances, feedback and etc. If they did not want any floodings, they would not of posted such e-mails on public pages. As such, they get hundreds to thousands of e-mails so it's very easy to miss 5 e-mails concerning the flawed chat ban system as opposed to 400 e-mails with the same topic, they would not miss it. And It's not flooding, it's raising a corcern in the dota community. Your perspective is different and appreciated but should be revised for future references if you want input on subjective matters.
