Gives you quite a lot of fun stuff to do - less regular life activities than GTA, more ridiculous methods of destruction. (Cause hundreds of thousands of dollars in property damage with a tank? Sure why not.) The story isn't exactly deep, but the story missions sure are fun to play. People have been saying this game needs huge resources (think i7 overclocked to 4.5Ghz still makes it lag), but in DX9 mode, it actually runs fine on my 4 years old rig :) (Haven't tried playing in DX10/DX11 mode, it goes to 0.1FPS when I switch to fullscreen in that, can't even leave the menu)
