This is all about that classic GTA feel. With a massive map, tons of varied weapons, countless crazy cheats, and much, much more, many fans call this their favorite game in the series. Although it is far from perfect and the graphics are a little dated, it is incredibly fun. If you haven't played it yet, it's worth a shot.
