A loot gatherer's paradise. Let me get the one complaint out of the way first. Don't buy this for character interaction. Conversations are..nonexistent. The people you talk to just basicly tell you in one long paragraph what they need and what the reward is. Pretty one dimentional. This leads to a sort of bland storyline through and through. With that aside, it is one of the most fun shooters I have ever played. The simple glee of finding a new shiney gun and the first time you use it to absolutely blow the fuck out of an enemy made my giggle every time. If you love loot, blood, bullets, and blowing shit up, you will love Borderlands.

Actually a pretty fun game. Not the best of them all, but kills a few hours and leaves you feeling good. Smooth gameplay, pretty good graphics considering it's time, overall good product. Controls can be choppy sometimes and commands are kinda limited, but the scheme to control a battle fleet down to a small plane is a nice gameplay aspect. I say if you have the money to spare, pick it up!

By far one of the most fear inducing screem-fests I have ever had to endure.However, I say that with a great deal of praise. Amnesia is a wonderful game. The puzzles are not too difficult, most seem to solve themselves. Yet this keeps the game flowing with little backtracking necessary. The monsters are ugly as hell, but what the game scores most on is what you CAN'T see. I spent a ton of time cowering in a room out of fear of a monster that had long since passed into another area. Darkness, fear, running, more running, running faster, screaming and running, and cowering are all implimented tools to really get your spine shivering. Also, the storyline is pretty gripping in itself. All in all, a great game!
