*DETAILS* - I previously bought RAGE, then later bought the offering of ID Complete pack which also included Rage.
I asked why I never got my 2nd copy to gift away and was told it is 'not policy' to allow a 2nd copy. ( I can attach the emails back/ forth )
I asked for an upper mgmnt. review on the matter feeling as I was not informed of such during purchase. I asked for either a partial/ refund or a copy of the game that I paid for BUT was DENIED !?!
I tried to explain it to your customer support staff thru several emails but neither of us agreed on the matter which left me my only recourse but to dispute w/ my credit card company.
So back to my reason of writing you - feeling very poorly treated about , what I feel, is an obvious case of just asking for what I purchased or a refund - YET now I am Temp-banned for pushing the matter
