The goal of ANP is to try and get servers filled with active players of Neotokyo. I noticed a lot of people who enjoy the game find a server list full of empty servers when they're looking for a game. Being a part of this community will give you notification when games are starting or going so we can get servers filled.
ADMIN RULES: If you are admin, it is important that you don't announcement spam, because it is annoying. Limit yourself to just one announcement every 15 minutes.
Want to admin? Please ask me, especially if you run a server or a clan. Or if you're constantly hungry for Neotokyo and trying to get games going :)
