It's like rogue, only a poor metaphor for abortion, and it's actiony instead of RPG-y. Definitely an Edmund McMillen game.
I wouldn't recommend this to literally everyone, but this game manages to be visceral in its pseudo documentary fashion in a way that hasn't really been done before in any other video game/movie/whatever. I want to say it has some control issues, but I haven't struggled with them at all.
