Some of the most obnoxious technical issues/bugs I've dealt with in a long time mask one of the beautiful games I've ever played. The music is great, the level design is great, and (most of) the writing is very reminiscent of Carroll in the best sense. The combat and gameplay in general is also a huge step up from the last iteration, if you played that and are wary because of it.
