I hate how narrow their idea of what a forum should have in it. I mean I posted something and I wasn't in the EXACT right forum and I got a day ban. First POST! Seriously? If I post anything I really really have to sit down and try to decide what on EARTH they think it belongs in. I relaly dislike it and then they have that stupid ratiing system so you get branded as dumb for just making sure of something. I said "And this is going to let me edit my ratings?" and I was labeled dumb? It turns out it didn't, and it overrode all my existing ratings so I had a right to ask the question. morons...

That's just plain stupid. He's probably apathetic cause he's depressed or something. Like getting banned is a valid thing to do to someone who doesn't care.

I also saw someone who was PERMABANNED for being apathetic.

I just saw someone who was banned on facepunch for putting a spoiler tag on something that wasn't a spoiler.

I'm having so much fun creating an invasion map for Doom. It's pretty awesome so far.

Most forums have those posts simply moved rather than banning the person. Moving the post is just as easy as banning the person and it isn't a jerky thing to do. So, I'm pretty much convinced that Garry is a jerk for making that horrible rule. There are actually more unfair and stupid rules you need to go by. This is why I only post there when I have a question relating garry's mod, and anything else, I take elsewhere.

I doubt I'll ever accumulate anywhere near that many posts on there. I'm not that keen on their subjective and stern rule base. I'm actually not sure what it is they are trying to control? It seems really more on the side of excessive than it is on the side of useful regulatory restrictions and punishments.

I like Facepunch. Enough to amass 1,368 posts there. But then again, newly created topics are looked at more strictly than just plain posts.

That's precisely what they did to me the day before my birthday my first post was day banned for being in the wrong forum. So yeah, they're the MOST hostile forum I've EVER been since 2001 when I first started chatting on forums in general.

Facepunch bans you for posting in the wrong forum, even if it's a common mistake, just shows you how hostile they are.

I'm afraid so. Your tune needs to be stated and misspellings don't help. I'd hardly say facepunch is the anything greatest forum. They're fairly hostile. And are known for it.

I have to state this again, I don't give out admins that way. And it's not like you even asked me if this was ok. You can't just tell people that they will get something if you aren't the one who is giving it to them, or have even made sure that they can get it from someone else.
