Wait for this to go on sale for 10 dollars or less and get it. Then download the 100% free morrowind overhaul 2.0 modpack and be amazed how so many mods can make this game look completely different. If you have only been introduced to TES through Skyrim, you should defintely play this game and Oblivion as well... we won't mention the first two games since they probably are too dated beyond modding ability to meet anyone's modern expectations of visuals.
This game is regarded by many as the best Sonic game in the entire series, and I probably agree. The music is catchy and the levels are designed well. The included Mega Drive Classics loader is basically an awesome emulator that can upscale the graphics to fullscreen in 1080p (obviously not in HD though) and smooth out the all jagged edges with a filter. It also adds the great ability to make instant rom saves with 5 slots available. It's been probably 13 or 14 years since I last played this game on a friend's Sega Genesis after grade school each day and I'm glad to be able to play it again on such a convenient platform. The only downside is no support for Sonic & Knuckles, which would allow you to play through Sonic 2 as Knuckles.
If you liked Oblivion at all... there's basically no question that you'll like this game just as much, or even more. It doesn't feel completely identical to Oblivion and I guess some things in Oblivion were better such as the level banking and classes, but it definitely makes up for it in other ways. The encumberance is the one thing that always bothers me in TES. I like to pick up / steal all the somewhat valuable items and sell them to shopkeepers or thief fences, but in order for me to do that I have to invest a lot of time storing and retrieving my valuable items from my house. Obviously the AI has been improved quite a bit since the 4th game in the series, and you can always clean up your mistakes with console commands on PC (say when a shopkeeper gets killed when a dragon attacks a town). Save early and often... F5 and F9 are your best friends. Also no annoying-as-hell Oblivion gates to deal with this time around... just killing dragons instead - which is far less boring.
