"The Elder Scrolls" speaks volumes to any veteran 'TES' player about what this game is. Bethesda continues their tradition of addictive, immersive and compelling role-playing game design with this installment of the 'TES' franchise. They clearly listened closely to the players of 'The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion as well', as many improvements and new additions seem tailored to dovetail with the perceived shortcomings of Oblivion, and it's areas that could have used improvement. I've been a fan of Bethesda since 'Sea Dogs', and I'm continually pleasantly surprised by their acumen and hyper-professional approach to game design and presentation. This is a shining example of the culmination of years of RPG innovation, and leaves the horizon blindingly bright for all Bethesda has yet to do.
