soooo boring..... First of all i really dislike the weird angle behind & beside angel you play in, and Sheva gets in the way so dang much.... The zombies have these weird bug eye thing that makes them stupid looking. When did Resident Evil stop being about zombies? I'm at chapter 5 of 6 and i've had to walk away twice it's like RE4 part 2... and RE6 will be part 3... and so tired of it... may not make it to RE7. I see why they put in the revelation series so you have something to renew your soul in between these games...

Holy cow it's awesome. Playing in a dark room late at night I actually got pretty nervous. The whole child perspective and dark secret aspect too it is just too good. Also having a comforting Teddy trying to make you feel better just make the whole thing worse. 10/10 would play it and blindly buy the next thing they put out.

Pro's -
Game has great graphics for the time, many different events you can play to give you a wide variety of playstyle to avoid boredom and the workshop has tons TONS of skins/kits you can enjoy. This game has high replayability and the compaign is pretty awesome with great mechanics

Con's -
Community is full of people who will kick you for the slightest mistake, trash talk you, or pay loud music over voice. Don't expect much when you play multiplayer here.

303hrs of play on record.. no lie. This game is pretty fun, you got ship battles, and some missions, ect... but the real fun is if you like economy games you can eventually build you a entire empire of Experienced NPC captains (that you train yourself) doing trade routes (that the captain picks or you plan our yourself) and build an empire.

For a Economist or strategic thinker this game provides some challenge and will have you constantly upgrading ships, planning out sales of goods, and hunting down loose pirates who threaten your trade lines!

My only grief is once you get established and have a solid trade route down you can amass a great fleet and then there is nothing to challenge you any more. At this point I could wipe out a entire nation if I wished.

7 Months down the road and the game is so full of hackers you literally can't live past 5 mins.
What to expect:
Die randomly from a nameless foe who shot you in the head.
Watch people speed hack and move at insane speeds
Shoot you through doors

You can build shelters, but all it takes is something simple like a hatchet to knock down your walls or if you happen to find metal and the recipe to build metal houses (your not only lucky) but you get raided by people with grenandes.

IN 7 + months they have done 2 things
1. Make a new Bed
2. Make items have durabilty and now need repair

Hackers still mass kill everyone on the sever and it is still unplayable due to such unaddressed events.

Also VAC kicks every few months and due to the setup of the game can't recognize many of hte hacks used.

Game is very broken even for alpha. You get stuck in walls, hungry or thirsty every couple minutes. You randomly die with no warning. Servers no matter how good your ping (mine is 35 ish average) on a cable connection you constantly get bad connections, laggy motions, and disconnected quite often. in 3 hrs i average about 7 disconnects. Graphics are still very new and edgy.

At the moment everyone is mostly kill on sight. SO if you see a palyer dont' try to make friends just kill them with whatever you got. There is a untolerablly high rate of people finding guns and spawn camping new players. Don't expect to live long or keep any gear you will lose it. Zombies are few and rare and easy to kill with a axe or any gun.

Even for a alpha game this standalone has a VERY Long way to go. I'm not so sure i agree with their decision to do a open alpha at this point as it doesn't seem like it was ready for it.
