you get to experience whole game features about 20hrs in, after that its just repetitive gameplay

Fun idea with fun execution.

About 30 minutes of playtime for beating the game, if you're lucky you can unlock all shotguns within 2 hours of playtime.

Shallow game that is still great to play, but definetely not worth the money.
If you get it with EA play or for free it's worth playing with a friend, otherwise, skip.

Edit: After some careful reconsideration and additional 50hrs playtime, i can confirm this game really is the lowest point in Battlefield history.

Soyfield 2042 is so soy it gave me gynecomastia.

Do you like seeing your romantic partner get dirty with some strangers? Do you like drinking your soy latte every morning? Well then this game is for you!
Scoreboard is disabled so you can't get mogged by other players, all chat is disabled so you cannot be bullied! Want to see how much damage a gun does? Numbers are for losers! All guns are damage-fluid and they're on a spectrum!

Edit: Thanks for gold kind stranger! My battlefield-rino is heckin improvin'! They added scoreboard! Really thinking outside the box with this one! What else will the think of next? Fixing network issues that were already fixed in battlefield 4? Nah, their strategy is to introduce new bugs for things that were already working. That way you know their real A-Team left long time ago.

A must play no matter what!

Ignore the negative reviews, there really aren't any serious downsides of the steam controller except the software, i really don't like the Big Picture mode, it likes to crash, but besides that, here is my opinion:

-Controller is a great option if you're a Computer/Android person, the one that doesn't like being locked down by a company and extorted for basic features.

-It WILL takes some time to get used to it and the software, especially configurations and all that you can do with it

-Baterries LAST A REALLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LONG TIME, i played ALMOST the whole witcher 3(~170hrs) on a single battery pack that CAME with the controller, Batteries ARE included, forget those pesky Ps4 controllers that last less than a day, batteries are the least of your concern with SC

-Warning about the batteries though, those who pack extra mah, they a few mm larger and you will have a real tough time taking them out, so not reccomended

-Don't get me started with driving, it's awesome, hook up a real wheel, tape and and you got yourself a 200$ wheel, not really but close enough

-Wanna switch between different configuration with a click of a button? You can do that!
-Wanna have a little software menu for music, you can have that!

-Great piece of hardware that is hated because it's different and takes a minute or two to set up, which you don't really need to, you can just use presets and you're done!


Also, a big facepalm for the videos on YouTube that are rage breaking the controller because controller doesn't use a preset in some games as default and they're like: "Why is this piece of $hit not working????", maybe try turning on your brains for once and it'll work.
