Want a game with a more "hands-on" approach to city building? Then this is the game for you!
The hardest platformer I have ever played in my life, and yet somehow also the most rewarding. Incredibly absurd and insidious levels combined with great music and a charming personality creates a game that is often fustrating but difficult to hate. Although not recommended, it is possible to beat the game using only the keyboard which was how I did it.
