Costume Quest is another fine example of what gaming is all about, enjoyment. Double Fine strikes again with their spot on ability to combine humour, gameplay, and storytelling. The steam version comes with the base game and its downloadable expansion Goblins on Ice. The base game has you traveling to three different settings all packed full of secrets and costumes to collect and aid you on your quest to save your sister and not get grounded!

This game is really one of a kind, but honestly which Double Fine game is not? If you enjoy anything Double Fine has developed this should be a no brainer, If you are on the fence however you should not resist. While the game is rather cartoony it is full of humour that all ages will enjoy.

Mindfuckery to the highest levels. This game takes place in one of the craziest and most unique settings I have ever seen. Everything, and I mean everything has a unqiue test on it that I have never seen in another game. There are limited amounts of weapons but the game does a great job of dividing up the sections to make them each feel fresh and perfect for the task at hand.
