Also if your going to apply to a position and I haven't seen you play. I will have to test you. I don't want to sound cold or mean but this is the big leagues. I'm not sure I'm even ready for this myself but I want to try. If you want to apply for a position thats already taken you will have to win it from the person who already has it filled.
