Chaos Theory refined the stealth mechanics, making it for me the best in the Splinter Cell series.
Not only does the game have an awesome single player campaign, there is also a co-op campaign along with serveral multiplayer modes to play. Merc or Spy, it's lots of fun.
The mix of stealth and action is superb. As is the amount of different ways to take out targets you are after.
The choices you have are what make this, go in guns blazing, sneak in the back.. however you want to do it, it's your's to execute. Literally.
>see a pyro
>popular soldier sees me eying her
>loudly declares that the "nerd engie" is trying to "get it in"
>pushes us together
>she starts grinding on me while I stand there, limp
>everyone is laughing
>she tells me to get into it
>stutter out, "G-gotta move that gear up."
>the laughter pierces my soul
