Another part of the Cities XL franchise has arrived and this time, its the 2012-version.
The improvements to 2011 are based on graphics and performance, since they couldnt much improve on the actuall gameplay (well they could have enlarged the amount of buildings but...ah, come on). Youre still able to build gigantic cities with an unbelievable size and yes, you again have those lovely "packs" or rather "themes", like snowy-hill-houses, tropic-island-stuff, asiatown, ol´ german houses and much, much more!

Build a enormous city, try to manage the financial problems that come with this size and even improve it - the fun is yours!

The second release of the "Shogun-Version" of the Total War series, is a brilliant and innovative game. While starting with your home region, your Daimyo and a loyal general, you not just conquer everything. You instead are also able to incite unrest between the population of enemy towns. If you rather like to fight enemy armies, a good amount of units from easy peasants over trained monks to the mighy samurais are hireable at your local barracks. Building up towns, resarching the ways of bushido and chi, spying, apprehending....

... Total War: Shogun 2 includes hundreds of hours of lovely gameplay.
Also the multiplayer is quite nicely made - you actually gain some armorparts and skills for your virtual avatar/ Daimyo (well if you at least win ;) ).

Surely a great game, which surely wont drop its price much in the next months, due to the high amount of buys in the steam store.
