I used this exact saying in my high school's newspaper for the "Last Words" section, which is dedicated to the seniors leaving the school. It has meant a lot to me ever since.

As you may have noticed, I'm Robert, 29, from New Jersey. I am an avid Neon Genesis Evangelion fan, likewise an Asuka Langley fanboy (hence the username and avatar).

The username is based on my Nintendo username, likewise my personal Mii's nickname. Nintendo has had this tendency to blacklist foreign vulgar words since the Wii.
The first instance involving this was with Dragon Quest IX , when I couldn't use the name Asuka as the main character's name.
The reason why it is vulgar is Cyrillic: suka means bitch . It's also coincidental that [Soryu] Asuka happens to be more of one than [Shikinami] Asuka.
I used AskaLangly on the Mii beforehand. Since Mii nicknames only allowed up to ten characters, it made perfect sense to remove the U and E, as vowels aren't usually pronounced.
